Forget about the queues for exchanging the Print at home for the Tomatina admission wristband. We will hand it over to you in the bus.

For your convenience, you will be able to leave your clothes and your belongings in our lockers. Note that during the tomato battle you will get dirty and soaked, a place for leaving your gear is highly recommended for only 5 €.

Drinks, food and lockers are NOT included in this package. But you can purchase those services at the meeting point in Buñol, at our change point in Valencia or on the bus to the Tomatina.

This package includes booking of ticket to the Tomatina 2024.

Important: We recommend bringing the most essential objects. We don’t recommend leaving personal objects on the buses in case there are changes of organizational needs. If you decide to leave your stuff on the bus, it will be under total owner’s responsibility, as the organizer company will NOT be responsible for the theft or loss of any objects on the buses. Also, it NOT will be responsible in case of losing the bus back and remain a customer’s object on buses.

Stealing mobile phones. Please ask your guide to advise about stealing mobile phones in the event

Although La Tomatina is a very safe event, with lots of police all over the town of Buñol. It is true that lately there have been a lot of thefts, especially of mobile phones. We appreciate your suggestion and the guides will do more to inform you about it. We advise you to leave your valuables in our lockers.

The process of purchasing, finding the bus, and the locations at the event were easy to find. The prices were good all around. I emailed the group the day before and got a quick response. The bus was comfortable enough and the driver was good.

The bus was 10 min late leaving the rest stop on our way to Buñol and 10 min late to leave Buñol after the festival. No explanations were given. My friend and I had to ask the guide from bus 2 about times and meeting points. For the party zone, next year it would be really helpful to have a privacy space curtained off for women to change.

It is complicated to set up a privacy space curtained for 22,000 people. We advise you to come with a bathing suit and you can change like all the people in the street. There is no problem and it's part of the tradition.

El festival en general es espectaular

Los autobuses se pueden mejorar un poco. La guia de mi grupo, tenia menos idea que la de otros grupos, pero como ivamos junto a otro grupo no hubo problemas. Por favor comentar en el autobús mismo que es una mochila por taquilla. Las duchas, supuestamente nos decían que tenemos prioridad, pero aun asi tardamos bastante en ducharnos porque eramos muchos.

The festival.

Paying for pallela and sangria, and then not getting it afterwards.

Paella and sangria are available in our fun zone. The guide took you to the Fun Zone, 2 times. The first one before the Tomatina and the second one after the Tomatina. You could have had the paella and sangria in either of the two times.

Video presentation on the bus was indeed useful. We got the wristband already on the bus so didn't have to queue up en Buñol.

Our guide was polite but didn't tell much about anything. Maybe she couldn't really speak English. Didn't get the right T-shirt size that we ordered. We had to follow other groups from Barcelona and Valencia to get the info/directions/travel tips etc. Very difficult to find our bus on the way back. Also very difficult to find our guide for the whole day.

All our guides speak English and guide your group throughout the day in Buñol (except during the tomato battle). For another year we advise you not to separate of your group, so you don't have trouble locating the bus back.

The festival that's it. The bus ride was smooth and comfortable.

You would have added the Valencia beach in the trip. It was very close and we would have taken a swim in the beach and return home by night 21:00. The locker charges were too expensive.!

We take note of your opinion but keep in mind that other travellers want to return soon to their country and if we went to the beach it would make the day too long. The price of the lockers is 5€ seems to us a price adjusted to the expenses and the personnel that we dedicate for the correct function and security of the lockers.

Driver was talking very loud. Was unable to sleep.

The driver cannot talk to the passengers, we suppose that you are referring to the explanatory video that we put on the journey. Keep in mind that this is very important information to enjoy the Tomatina and that it only lasts 30 minutes, the rest of the way you can sleep (if you want).

The actual event was good fun + things kept to schedule.

Wish I had more of an explanation about the history of the event (not just "it was started a long time ago"). Plus, more information on what was not allowed inside (e.g selfie sticks) / how long the walk down to the event was / what the lockers were like etc. Fun zone needed more toilets and there could have easily been a simple changing area for people.

The festival is really great! People got crazy and fight with bunch of tomatos! And the water party before the tomato fight was also great!!!

Some of the tomatos were really thick so.. it hurted.. my left eye was bruised lol And the waiting time for the toilet was too long

Lovely. Pretty festival T-shirt. Lots of people looking forward to festival, hot guys (none of my taste) and nice locals. Not only were there tomato fights, but lots of love, when we returned many travellers met in the bus...

... I think that's why they didn't realize that the air conditioning cooled enough.

The experience was amazing! The only thing I would change is having the bus easier to find at the end of the day. Buñol was packed with buses and it was nearly impossible to stay with the tour guide during the tomato fight. Other than that, the trip was perfect!

Terms and Conditions

As established by the Town Hall of Buñol the payment of a fee is required in order to gain access to the 2024 Tomatina perimeter. Consequently and ONCE PURCHASED NO REFUND FOR ADMISSION CANCELLATION WILL BE ADMITTED IN ANY CASE.
The fee of cancellation, change or modification for the rest of services is €15. If cancellation is requested after the 6th of August a fee of 100% of the package price will apply.

The payment terms and conditions are subject to the provisions in accordance with the Decree 20/1997 of the 11th February, the Government of Valencia states as well as in compliance with the legislation on the package tours relating to the articles 160 and SS of the Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16th November whereby the restated text of The General Law for the Protection of the Consumers and Users and other additional legislation are approved.
